Overview

Lead the design and implementation of internal tools and process improvements to optimise operational efficiency across Firemind. I focus on automating critical workflows, including employee onboarding and offboarding, integrating our HR system with Microsoft Entra to manage access and permissions, and connecting recruitment processes between the HR system and job boards. By mapping workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and building targeted automations, I enable teams to work more efficiently, reduce errors, and maintain scalable, consistent processes as the company grows.

Responsibilities

Designing and deploying automated onboarding and offboarding workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Integrating the HR system with Microsoft Entra for centralised user access management.
